I think I have to agree with Bear on Flashpoint. Picked up the first season a couple months ago on a whim, finally got around to watching it, and half of the first eight episodes have made me cry.

In a good way. Mostly.

Ooo, yes, I like this a lot.  (Getting the first season from Netflix; the envelope informs me that SRU stands for "Strategic Response Unitface".  Um.)
