It's called Cron-o-meter and it is a very detailed nutritional values intake meter, including recommended intake and lives here: http://spaz.ca/cronometer/

So what do you think about it?

I got myself one of those adorable overhyped phones v4, and am wishing for a good fitday alternate - specifically for activity (caloric out-go) vs eating (intake) and also to track iron.  Fitday does it, but isn't a mobile app.  Others suggestions?

I just started using the http://www.livestrong.com/tools/ MyPlate program, after John Scalzi had mentioned using the iPod version of it. Seems to be working ok for me so far.

Daphne: You can do this. You just have to stand up on it.

Chaz: Can't.

Daphne: Stand up on it, damn you.

Chaz: On belay?

 Daphne: Belay on.

Chaz might have had some kind of Hafidha Special mobile app on his iPhone, but I don't think that's available to the general public. Sad

My husband uses an app called "Lose It," and really likes it.  I don't have a smart phone, so I don't use anything like it myself.
