Indeed. Not a bad way to spend a birthday, especially since this particular decade-one is bothering me. I'm not sure why, I had no real problems with 40 or 50... So far the schedule is: - Connie Willis reading/signing - Out for coffee afterwards with friend - Stop at another friend's up on Queen Anne to loan books & deliver lamb steaks - check time, see if I can fit a Trader Joe's stop in (store is less than a block from friend's apartment) - Stop at Bell St. to see yet another friend - Be at Night Kitchen at 6 pm It isn't going to work, is it? But since I only get over to the Seattle side once or twice a month, I'm not sure what I can skip. (Yeah. And with the CFS/fibro/et al., I'm going to be absolutely flat for days, aren't I?) |

Ok, though it may kill me, I am still hoping to pop into TNK, with nraven760, on Sunday the 7th. I am currently down-and-out with the crud, and have a superbowl party to attend that day, but if the gods smile upon me I will be there, downing lattes and reading like a madwoman.  And noshing. Last-minute schedule changes just moved my Prior Social Commitment to the morning instead, so I'm hoping to drop by.
Is there some sort of time and/or secret recognition code involved? (Still haven't worked out the "dinner: yes or no" question.)
