um ... so this username is an alt.  because I have too many passwords and can't remember what I used with my original login (eschatonic). 

I went through the Password Reminder dialogue and it claims it sent me an email.  I checked my email, including the spam folders, and got nothing.  I tried again a few times: nada. 

has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah, we're having some kind of problem with the email notifications and have not figured out what yet. Apparently, somebody somewhere has us on a spam blacklist.
