Made it last nice.

OMG, so tasty! I had the lentil seitan stew... with kale. I got very possessive about the kale. You'd have to be there.

Have a friend visiting, and had to explain that no, really, I don't usually just walk into restaurants and know everyone. (A bunch of other LJ friends were in.)

Yay and congrats! If I ever get to Seattle, I'm going to have to stop in.

Daphne: You can do this. You just have to stand up on it.

Chaz: Can't.

Daphne: Stand up on it, damn you.

Chaz: On belay?

 Daphne: Belay on.

Darn it- we must have missed you! nraven760 and I were there again last night (needing hangover food, myself) from 6 to 8ish. How was the lentil stew? It sounds so nummy!

I think we got there sometime after nine.

And yeah, it was excellent. But particularly the kale. (Okay, I generally like kale. But this was a particularly nice setting for the kale.)

We went in again last night, and I tried the poutine.  I'd never had poutine before last night, and it made for an excessively happy belly.  Happy fox was very pleased.

My Becky and I finally made it in tonight after going to see the Fantastic Mr Fox. I had the seitan lentil stew which was a perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory with just the right hint of bitter from the greens. Beck had the mushroom burger which was also tasty. We both had the key lime pie. Beck's reaction to that was a heartfelt OMG followed by happy nommings. Look forward to going back for more of the menu soon.

Well, I don't expect you to be there every minute you're open!

You've done a great job!

I'll be in town for Potlatch, March 5-7. It looks like I'll be teaching on the 4th, so that day and evening are already booked, but I'm probably extending my stay on either side of those dates... and it's possible that I might be able to get to a meetup either Friday night or Saturday night of the convention, if I plan carefully.

I'd better go look at airline tickets....
