So is it Life By Misadventure (as in Fan Mail) or Life by Misadventure (as I'd expect, and how it is in Sol's bio and in Misadventure)?

Or is this yet another intentional inconsistency? ;-)

I've always assumed that he was the in-law of some network bigwig, myself. Explains why he keeps getting more chances to screw up.

He's probably got some dirt on one of the higher-ups as well. In case his relative has to take a stand and throw him under the bus. I would guess either incriminating photos from the casting couch or some petty embezzlement.
