I think Reyes will be in trouble.  Again.

Considering the percentage of his team that have required extensive hospitalization in the last three years, he should be in trouble.1

Could someone remind me of the connection to sunspotty mirrors?

The only other time I've seen "sunspot" in an SU context was Act IV of "Smoke and Mirrors":
Quote
IAFIS said the fingerprints on the squash that weren't Fromberg's belonged to Tameka Santiago and Carey-Ann Petit, and the Florida DMV said that Santiago and Petit lived here. Todd had stared at their license photos so long the images swam in front of his eyes like sunspots: two thin, pretty girls in their early twenties, one a dark-skinned, classically African-American beauty with crooked teeth and a pierced nostril; the other's fine, pale features framed by fine, dark wisps of hair.

I'm guessing that the "mirrors glittering like sunspots" that Sol's describing are the truck's side mirrors.

1OTOH, at least none of Reyes' people have been killed in the line of duty2. (Yes, Victor, I'm looking at you.)
2Yet. Oh, Daphs ...

I was thinking more in the computer security sense, though the terms are related. Yours, in fact, is creepier.

I'm not 100% convinced by the hypothesis, but I won't rule it out. There's two ways to read 'the relaxation on Singh's face that wasn't relaxation but resignation' -- he's brought it on himself, or someone else has inflicted it on him. For someone who has been obsessed by failure and the loss of a life, death might come as a relief from either potential source.

Italics mine.

Who was that guy in Heroes who could use other people's powers? Maybe our Moriarty is so hard to catch because he can use the same ability as whoever he's interested in.

I'm scared right now. For everyone. Not ECR, just fear. All the more trauma for the whole team...

*shrugs* It's still current.

Meh. It's not that bad, and not all of it can be directly related to him as a supevisor. Besides, if they neglected to fill out their CA-1 forms correctly, the .gov probably wouldn't even notice.

I like that, or he/she can control the Bug itself, and be that wicked little whisper in their minds.

Thanks, Tylik, for some Truly Scary Thoughts.

I'll think of you as I toss and turn though a sleepless night.

Peter Petrelli.

Yeah, although even he had to know it was there, IIRC. He's the ultimate copy cat, though, just seeing a trick once was enough for him to do it whenever he wants.

Reposted from elsewhere because I want company while I sit here and go AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I forgot Reyes also got stomped pretty good by a gamma, too. That makes three members of our team, two with powers, who have been lured into a trap and AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH I don't even want to think if what happened to Chaz was a setup like what happened to Hafs and Daphne and Reyes. SHIT.

It doesn't seem like Moriarity/SylerPetrelli/Chameleon/Puppetmaster/&c wants to destroy the team, like I first thought.....but yeah maybe _recruit_ them. Wear them down, make them crack, infect them, harvest them....

Also, OH, there's no hiatus anymore? We do get the next ep August 7? Which is a long wait, but I was thinking a possible cliffhanger AND THEN a hiatus would kill me.

Doesn't Sylar also have the ability to magically suck abilities out of people? Peter could just sort of feel them, Sylar had to suck out their braiiiinnnnzz. And Monica was the one who could see something once and reproduce it. (Wait, I just looked up the show and they changed those up a bit....it looks like Sylar could kind of analyze and then mimic.)

No way Daphs could be fit for duty in 2 months, things do not look good for our heroine.

Not forgetting Erik the Notaboy. Hmm, car accident again, there's that thing we don't believe in.

WIBBLE!  *flailing* as I figure out what, if anything I want to say.
(Because I want to comfort the Chaz, but I think he'd take that badly.)
