That's actually helpful, and funnier than you know. See, I'm trying to deal with making slow positive changes in muscle strength, fitness, and (because of my joint damage) weight without tipping back into the anorexic life I had thirty-odd years ago. So I guess I should probably stop beating myself up for not doing things perfectly, and start cutting myself some slack, eh?
