Get well soonest, and best, and we miss you--all good wishes for a speedy and not terribly uncomfortable recovery!

Get well soon. I hope this doesn't wreck whatever plans you may have had for the holiday season.

Glad to hear the surgery went well and hoping for an uneventful recovery filled with renewal in the face of boredom.

Aww, thanks, gang! I feel significantly less rotten today, since I've been cleared to sit up occasionally. I figure about the time I get used to not being able to see out of my left eye, I'll be able to see out of it again, and I'll have to get used to that.

The retina specialist was quite cheerful about my progress today. That, and all these good wishes, make me feel pretty darned swell.  Grin

May you have the speediest, most spectacular recovery known to woman-there, how's that? Soak up lots of good music, chocolate, and comedy albums. They have healing vibes, you know. Get well soon!
