It is possible - especially given Daphne's later comment about 'three days' worth of awkward silences' or something of that sort - that a certain piece of information about Chaz's childhood/teenage years and Reyes's, um, relevant inaction has come to light?
Oh, my. That's an idea with possibilities. Especially as it sounds like Our Heroes might have been gamma-hunting from the 6th (
when Chaz says "Gotta scamper!") through the 9th (when he apologizes for
missing a day due to traveling). And, frankly, because that's the sort of character development and plot advancement that almost
has to be done in a full episode, rather than in dribs and drabs of LJ commentary.
Of course, our ever-reviled and ever-admired PTB would
never completely spoiler upcoming episodes. They'd just leave tantalizing clues. And red herrings. By the bushel.
