Things are going slowly -- real life tends to get in the way. I just finished two prototype basic chairs and an interview table, though:

"Fun Foam" from A.C. Moore. It's usually sold in felt-thin sheets, but I picked up a thick round piece marketed as a bulletin board, cut it up, and painted it grey with acrylics.
