I predict that Smoke and Mirrors will be set in mid-February 2009, and will feature the unveiling of Chaz as a second-stage beta. (Okay, that's not a very bold prediction.) I also think that the finale will contain at least one moment when the outcome of a crucial situation will depend on whether someone else on the team can bring themself to put their full trust in Chaz, the way Lau did in Overkill. It may be Reyes, but I tend to think that's too obvious; my money's on Hafidha.
My money is on Esther Falkner being the one with a bead on Chaz and having to make the call.
