Dionaea House has quite enough going on without adding a gamma. It would be overkill.
No, no no- rather a Dionaea House type of situation that is caused by the gamma. It's a believable situation, if the gamma were to have enough control (either consciously or unconsciously) over some kind of illusion capability.
I understood you. It's still overkill. Dionaea works, in part, because what it actually is is a mystery. A gamma is too much of an explanation for that, and kills it, while the House doesn't match up with the way known gamma powers work. You've got two great tastes, so you're sticking them together, but they don't work together.
And at least some of the LJ stuff is canon sequel, or so I am assured.
