Chaz: Can't.
Daphne: Stand up on it, damn you.
Chaz: On belay?
Daphne: Belay on.

That's kind of what I was thinking, in a garbled and less-coherent way.
This is why I don't post much. You lot are so much smarter than me.

...I'm sorry, I can't help it.
The current discussion + Chazless and radio-silent state of affairs? Reminds me of a quote.

I was attempting to take notes in class today when it suddenly occurred to me: The locked lj activity could possibly be Chaz trying to leave messages for Hafidha; it could also be Hafidha trying to leave messages for Chaz. Not like she couldn't if she wanted to.
Okay, now that that's out of the way... ummm... rainy season?

I can't stop thinking backing to the DVD Extra/Teaser "Boys", and what Hafidha was focusing on in it, and how it might relate to what she's going through now. I really want to like her, so I really want to see these connections that she'd made about some sort of conspiracy, and Erik's death being a part of it, and Reyes and Chaz being caught in it... I just can't shake the feeling that part of why she rabbited was this long-evolving paranoia, and that she somehow hit on to the idea that it would be safer to leave. I can't see any locked LJ entries for Chaz or Hafs (just the last posts from May), but IF Hafs ran because of her conspiracy theory, I don't think she'd want to communicate it to Chaz for fear of 'them' finding her or harming her bruddah. Her public face and private face are so different that I'm fascinated by this. Hrmm.....

I find myself vacillating between thinking she's overparanoid (if that's possible for this team) and worrying, and thinking she might be right, and worrying even more. I have confidence that whichever way I end up going, there will be a surprise in store, and an ECR.
