So my honey had found this salad dressing that he adored, and then our local groceries quit carrying it.  I'm getting tired of listening to the complaining.  If you were to make a cajon ceaser salad dressing, how would you go about it?

(I've never made salad dressing in my life - I like my veggies raw and wriggling.  Failure mods welcome)

A) I wouldn't.  I don't approve of adding random seasoning blends to completely unrelated salad dressings willy-nilly.  However, that said:
B) You could pick a basic Cajun seasoning blend and add it to a basic Caesar dressing.  You wouldn't even have to make the dressing yourself, just pick up some Cardini's brand Caesar dressing (it's the original recipe of the stuff, more of less).  This is probably a good idea because Caesar dressing, being made with raw egg yolks, doesn't keep all that long.  The bottled stuff, though, is pasteurized, and so lasts longer.
