Mine works really well.
IE hates freaking lj, though. (I leave it as an exercise to the class why I sometimes need two browsers open. ;-) )
I know exactly why, cause I have done the same thing. But not in the same context.  |

Funny thing is, I've never actually heard the things referred to as "spiedies", although that's probably as much due to my uncle - who lived outside of Oswego and introduced me to the stuff - actually growing up in Wisconsin as anything. What we had were shish-kebabs with Spiedie sauce.
(In fact, until I looked it up, I assumed that the name of the food came from the sauce, and not vice versa! Shows ya what I know...)

I'm sort of using checking to see if the new episode is live and what's happening on the board as punctuation to my day.
Do dishes. Walk dog. post to blog. *check SU* Debate which library book to start. Take photo of tulips blooming in front garden bed. Chat over fence with neighbor. *check SU* Answer some email. Change planned dinner due to spousal unit being called in to work for emergency. Continue debate on library book (available topics include Marlowe, Pompeii, the Medici and evil genes, among others). *check SU*
