I stumbled upon this while perusing links at Hoyden About Town, and thought I'd share the link.  My old squinty eyes can't make out all the details, but I did see Emma Bull and Elizabeth Bear are on it. As well they should be.

That link opened up into a lovely PDF which allowed me to increase the magnification.  I could read it quite easily at 125% or 150%.

Thank you for sharing!  That's quite a list.  I agree with their assessment that "Many more names would be included if we had more space."

This is  great! Now I want to go over it name by name and go find books by all the women on there who I haven't read yet.
