Any chance that they'll be appearing over on Smashwords soon? I bought the first three there, and would like the rest for my Sony Reader through them as well.

They'll get to Smashwords and Amazon, but it's harder to format ebooks for them, so, uh, with luck, next week? We'll announce it when it happens.

Yup! My intention is to roll through them now that I seem to have wrestled #4 into shape, but I'm slowly learning to make few predictions. Still, hope for another announcement soon!
And then physical books.

All ten ebooks are now at Smashwords, and should be on Amazon within 24 hours. And, of course, they're still at Barnes and Noble.
ETA: I spoke too soon. Smashwords doesn't like the file for #10. I'll see if I can pacify them now.
