I am very much on board with the lots-more-Frost, more Es, and more Sol-and-Reyes double act suggestions! Also the Return of the LiveJournals one. And I would very much like to see the team working with a new member, if they can persuade the higher-ups that they need one - and find one prepared to move Down the Hall at all. More explicit conflict between Es and Reyes would be interesting...

Less of the characters' personal lives.
And I would like see Gates held to account for shooting an unarmed and surrendering suspect.
I think that the Return of the LJ would be great but unlikely if we also get less of their personal lives, because talking about work in anything but the most general terms is just not on. Mission security, need to know, yadda yadda yadda. It's not like they are unaware of how Not Secure a venue LJ is with Hafs around.
I also suspect there is an interesting conversation to be had about the definition of unarmed when talking about the Anomaly and gammas.
