I wouldn't be at all surprised if Brady plays the piano, though probably not classical music.  There's a lot of interesting stuff locked up inside our boy there.  The really well-contained ones always have depths to them.

As for tone-row music, I point out that Schönberg took several years to finish a piece that took a couple of minutes to play.  The rules were so horribly over-constrained that he estimated he might finish 2 or 3 more such pieces in his lifetime and leave nothing for future composers to do.  That seems somewhat self-defeating to me.

As for Cage, I saw him do one work that was actually interesting; it helped a lot that no sound was involved at all. */snark*
