And a bunch of us hosted an SCA feast. With mixed results. But that's a story for another fireside... *g*

Like, say, this one here?  'Cuz this is a story I want to hear.

As far as I know, there's still the house.  I haven't kept up with the group since I graduated.  We got the house my sophomore year - that was fall of '88.  But the club got HUGE!

We should have started a club. (Instead, Will and I started a magazine. And a bunch of us hosted an SCA feast. With mixed results. But that's a story for another fireside... *g*)

Ha!  So when I say "ARGH, I was SO going to go to Fourth Street but then I let a Duke fight for me in Crown and now I'm stuck being Princess and don't have the time or the money!!!!!!!!!!" you'll actually understand what I mean....!

Consider it said.  There were two good reasons to say "No," and Fourth Street was one of them.  There were a bucket load of reasons to say "Yes," so I did.  But damnit, I'd been looking forward to Fourth Street since I first picked up a flier....

That's more or less what I said.

My Chief-Lady-in-Waiting (who is also my 21-year-old stepdaughter, dyes her hair red, and has proclaimed that her primary title, whatever else I ask her to do, is "Royal Red-Headed Stepchild") has attacks of "The Princess cannot use LoL-speak!" whenever I do....
