So a couple months back I read a recipe and just now had the time to try it: You take about 1/3 cup uncooked rice and 1/3 cup sugar pour them into the bottom of a wok you covered with aluminum foil, then you put about 1kg of marinated chicken breast in boneless halves in/on a grill metal mesh that goes on top of the wok, and seal everything with more aluminum foil. Then put it on the your stove's biggest burner and turn on the highest heat. Leave alone for about 30-35 minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool. after it's cold take out and nom or keep in the fridge.

Note of warning: if you have electric stove, like me, and the wok has any kind of enameling/paint on the outside, do yourselves a favor and use the oven. I managed to damage my stove that way because the red enamel on the outside of my wok melted and stuck the wok to the stove so when I lifted the wok bits of it were left on the stove and part of the glass  top from the stove came away with the wok.

Wok ring. If you have an electric stove of any kind -- glass top or coil burner -- use a wok ring. They look like this and are really cheap and will prevent exactly this problem. You don't need one on a gas stove, but can use one for stabilization.

Sounds tasty!
