She knows about Andre and she's a smartass. Now we see where Danny gets it.
I'm pretty sure the hasn't killed anyone bit is a Kennedy reference, not an Andre reference.

You're probably right, but I still say you could read it as being meant both ways.
..on another note, I wonder if Andre killed anyone else besides that one guy? like, better-timed murders that Danny just didn't walk in on? If you catch all the blood on a tarp there's not a lot of clean-up.

IIRC, Andre's mythology indicated a fairly specific victimology. Shouldn't be too hard to see how many people Andre had recently and unsuccessfully prosecuted went missing soon after.

Or people that friends of his unsuccessfully prosecuted. Or people that Danny bitched about knowing they were guilty and not having enough proof to get a warrant. Or etc. There's more than one way to get away with stuff even when everyone knows you did it.

I suspect his mythology was more specific: i.e. people who performed hate crimes against gay people and got away on a technicality.

Given the description of how Andre was using his anomability, I figured it was pretty obvious that this was not his first victim. And I figured that Danny could have at least gotten an idea of how many previous victims he'd had pretty easily. Danny being Danny, I'd think he'd have done it. Maybe not right away, but I can't see him just wondering about it.

el_jefe - most appropriate icon ever. (Mind, I don't know when I last ate popcorn. But it's kind of like going out for coffee - there's actual coffee and popcorn, and then there's ritual.)
Though part of me is all "This is news?" I mean, it's good this is being discussed openly (uh, closely openly... uh, maybe thats discussed at all) amongst our heroes, but I thought the puppetmaster implications have been pretty strong since the end of last season. ("Moriarty" has more class. And I like the mathematical implications*... but I think of Moriarty as a low key criminal mastermind rather than a puppetmaster per se. Of course, Chaz has the advantage of being written by the PTB, which I do not share.)
* Well, kind of. Between today's XKCD and the mother of a close friend breaking her hip, math is seeming sadder than usual today.
