I had a dream today which included the word "Monettized," which apparently meant "turned into fiction by Sarah Monette." My dream-brain should not be producing puns.

What was the dream? (Recounted down here, so people who hate to read about other people's dreams don't have to read it.)

I was in something like a Disney Park, like Epcot or Animal Kingdom, and went to some sort of exhibit on large wild animals. Only the presenters were all, "Hey, wanna see them up close? Like, real close?" And started letting them loose in the not-all-that-large room we were in. It was cool for a minute, until a large spotted cat started pawing at me experimentally, which was scary and uncomfortable. One of the keepers (the guy) went to drag it off me, and promptly got mauled. The other keeper (the woman) started to freak out, and we all did too, but then everything went to text, and suddenly Bear was explaining to the group that this had not been real, it had been a simulation to show us why it was bad to try to get close to dangerous wild animals, but that this scenario had been based on real life and Monettized.

I have no idea.

That is an awesome dream.

I wish my subconscious was half as coherent as that.  Huh

Snacking, folks, snacking. I don't know where you got any other ideas, and frankly I'm not sure I want to know =)

And I thought my dreams were odd.

Just because something is highly inadvisable doesn't mean you can't do it if you want to.
