Prosciutto chocolate remains one of the strangest and tastiest things I have ever eaten. Cook the prosciutto until it is crisp, then crumble it into melted chocolate. Pour into molds or just onto wax paper and let it harden.
It tastes SO GOOD.

Hi! I just posted a remarkably long dissertation on self-assembling relational hyperfiction in the Meta category, but I thought I'd follow directions and post something in the newbies list too.
I'm a writer and a geek and an organizer of things, and I'm interested in turning my talents to the organization of Shadow Unit. (What would Chaz see when he looked at this? Or Hafs? And how can the rest of us see some fraction of that?)
And also, a local restaurant has dark chocolate bacon cheesecake that is one of the most fabulous things ever.
