This took me forever to reply to, but I got ill again.

Unfortunately I've already turned it in for the assignment, but *sigh*  What can you do.  Catching up from being ill means a few mistakes.

I did meta for my Personality Psychology course!  The assignment was "Biology of a Fictional Character," and naturally I chose to use Shadow Unit.

These are only a few possibilities, of course, and I extrapolate at length throughout the paper.  It's also not nearly as long as I'd like it to be, but I thought I should stick with the page limit at least a teensy bit.    Includes spoilers for everything to date.

It's organized in a bit of an odd way, I realize, but I was trying to go in order of different brain systems and chemicals rather than personality traits.  So I feel it's a bit scattered within the sections, but I was in a rush (being sick made it difficult to catch up on this).

So, I'm currently taking a fiction workshop class, hosted by Carol Gorman (author of Stumptown Kid, Dork in Diguise and Games).  After class today I managed to convince her to let me give a presentation on Shadow Unit sometime in the next few weeks.  I explained SU to her as coherently as I could; she was fascinated by the formatting and structure of the project and promised to check out the site this weekend!  Quite exciting.

Does anyone have any ideas as to how to structure this little informal presentation?  There are so many components that make SU incredible, and I want to be able to deliver it in a concise but still interesting way so that perhaps in addition to providing information about new mediums and formats for writing projects, I could get some of my classmates to check out the site as well. 

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

That's why I keep getting this niggling feeling about it.  Something feels off.  I feel like Chaz would be more upset it it were Erik.  No, they weren't Best Buds (TM) like Chaz/Hafs/Daphne, but they'd started getting pretty close.  Granted, Chaz is known for acting as though everything's okay when it's not, so *shrug*  Who knows?

That's what's bothering me.  There's been no mention of either the Notaboy or Gail.  Surely if it were one of them in the hospital we would have heard about/from the other by now?

Curiouser and curiouser.  My friend-brain and reader-brain are having issues dealing with this.  *flail*

I've never had this problem before!

I bought a red cabbage on sale at Morrison's the other day, and cut some of it up to put in stir fry.  It was bleeding purple, and though this isn't a massive problem in and of itself, it does turn the rest of the vegetables (and the rice) this disgusting greenish-purple color.

Any ideas on how to keep it from completely ruining the color of my stir fry?

It taste just fine, but...I like my food to look edible before I eat it.  :/

I'm betting, now, that he 'disappeared' (either anomalously or not) in order to protect the people he cares about.  Questioning the reality of a violent dream would make me want to get as far away from anyone I could hurt as possible.  Just in case.

It makes me wonder if Chaz reflected someone without intentionally doing so.  One of the team, specifically.

Because from what we saw with the train, you can tell if it's being done.

If it wasn't Cowboy, it means we could have some more interesting character history being revealed soon (well, next season).  It could still be Cowboy, but we kind of already know his Big Trauma.
