Dunno if anyone else noticed, but Matt Yang King ( who is not only an SU fan, but plays Arthur Tan on TV!) tweeted this earlier today: maddking: Security Guard at Criminal Minds referred to me as Mr. Kim, Mr. Wang, and Mr. Chen. Don't know if I should laugh,... http://t.co/NTtrdxBA https://twitter.com/maddking/status/255294623461818369maddking: My character is very impressed and trying to learn from Special Agent Rossi, played by Joe Mantegna. #noactingrequired
https://twitter.com/maddking/status/255341406422433792Hopefully the CM and SU shooting schedules don't conflict. This is, after all, the first time that the same actor has appeared on both shows.

... the Unreal gaming engine, that is. The Unreal computer games engine is being licensed to the FBI and other US government agencies.
The software - which powers titles including Batman: Arkham City, Mass Effect 3 and Infinity Blade - will be used for training programmes.
Developer Epic Games and its partner Virtual Heroes described the deal as a "long-term" agreement to support the technology on web browsers, consoles and handheld devices. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-17535906We know that Chaz, Hafidha, Nikki and Danny all play computer games (as did Daphne. ::sniff:: ) Sol, being Sol, might not play but probably knows improbable truths about the original developers. I'm curious, though, as to how much Esther and Reyes know about gaming...

General Category / General Discussion / Home on the range / Where the deer and the agents both play

Where do deer hang out during hunting season? Why, Quantico, of course! According to the Associated Press: QUANTICO, Va.—Call it a playground for Bambi and G-Men, where imaginary criminals are hunted and deer are the spectators.
The 547-acre FBI Academy, where some of the nation's best marksmen fire off more than 1 million bullets every month, happens to be one of the safest places for deer during hunting season. On a December afternoon, deer grazed above one of the academy's 16 practice shooting ranges. They stood just 15 feet away from the paper targets. Nearby, shots popped loudly from a Colt M4 Carbine rifle, and the white-tailed deer did not flinch.
"They're pretty immune to the sound," said Sean Boyle, supervisory special agent bomb technician and principal firearms instructor for the Critical Incident Response Group based at the academy. The deer typically graze on top of the berm, about 15 feet away from the targets and rarely go directly in the line of fire. Boyle said he doesn't recall an instance where a deer was shot accidentally.
